Crash Bars

. 20mm diameter mild steel tubing with 2mm wall thickness
. Coverage from side impact – our crash bars are designed to minimise or prevent damage to plastic panels and/or radiators.
. Fully frame mounted
. Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual Sport bike!
. Extra Radiator Protection – We also include a set of radiator guards with the crash bars. For the extra peace of mind!

Skid Plate

. Protects the crucial area of the engine – oil pan which is exposed to any sort of damage that could potentially end your ride and leave you stranded.
. 4mm thick laser cut aluminium – It’s thick enough to withstand potential damage, yet lightweight.
. 5mm thick steel brackets – Our aluminium skid plate is supported by steel brackets to absorb major impacts.
. Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your 500 EXC/F!
