Lower Crash Bars

• Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb a lot of impacts from crashes, rather than your bikes chassis.

Compatibility:

Lower Crash Bars: Compatible with 2019-2021 BMW R1250GS. Compatible with GSA model without the OEM upper crash bars. This product is model specific, thus we supply lower crash bars marked accordingly.

The Outback Motortek lower crash bars are NOT compatible with the “40th Anniversary” BMW R1250GS and BMW R1250GSA models. This is due to the Option 719 cylinder cover installed by the factory. The rest of the 2021 models are not affected.

Upper Crash Bars

• Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 4 and 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb a lot of impacts from crashes, rather than your bikes chassis.
• Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual Sport bike!

Compatibility:

Upper Crash Bars: Compatible with 2019-2021 BMW R1250GS and 2019-2020 BMW R1250GSA.

Skid Plate

• Protects crucial areas of the engine.
• 5mm thick laser cut aluminum – Nothing is ever an overkill on an adventure bike, hence we choose to build our bash plates from this ridiculously tough and thick, yet lightweight material.
• Tough mounting hardware – No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb a lot of impacts from riding through (off-road) hell, rather than your bikes chassis or engine that are worth thousands of dollars.
• Sandblasted to achieve the best possible adhesion of the coatings – it’s an extremely vital part of our manufacturing process. Sandblasted surfaces will withstand most surface scratches and give you a longer-lasting product.
• Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual Sport bike!

Compatibility:

Skid Plate: Compatible with Outback Motortek lower crash bars only. This product is model specific, thus we supply skid plate marked accordingly. Compatible with 2019-2021 BMW R1250GS and BMW R1250GSA.

Outback Motortek lower crash bars must be installed in order to install the skid plate. Also compatible with original BMW centre stand.
