J'ai acheté et reçu des crashbars pour ma Tuareg. 325 euros port compris. Elles sont d'excellente qualité, très bien finies. Le montage est assez simple, malgré une confusion entre deux des vis des fixations moteur, une longue et une courte - à fixer à droite et à gauche de la moto - que j'ai dû inversé malgré les instructions données par le mode d'emploi qui est d'ailleurs une simple vidéo à trouver sur Youtube. Prudence donc au montage !Je pense compléter la protection de ma moto par un sabot que j'achèterai certainement chez Outback.

Der Sturzbügel passt wie angekündigt an die BMW F 750 GS, die Montage verlief problemlos, alle Teile vollständig ausgeliefert. Entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen, trägt nicht so fett auf, macht genau was er soll. Maschine im Stand einmal abgelegt, der Bügel hat Motor und Tank (-verkleidung) komplett geschützt. Ich bin begeistert.

Gotta say Outback has cheapened the build on their bars. Had to replace a set on 1290sar due to cracked barrow crash. The new cast brackets are terrible they did not clean them so they have mold edge debris where the nut goes so they don't sit flush. I ended up using my original brackets. The mold is poor so the nuts don't line up with the hole due to excess metal. The welding on the bar ends is excessive & again the flange bolts won't sit flat. If you want to spend an hour with a die grinder after paying $300+ then your good to go.

Skid plates missing hardware.It has taken multiple emails and phone calls to try and (hopefully) get the missing hardware issue sorted at this point. The skid is supposed to be mounted with the crash bars, and uses parts from the crash bar installation kit. Nothing on their website indicates the skid plate will not install without the crash bar hardware, and the crash bars themselves.Outback defers responsibility to correcting problems to dealers for the most part. There is no part list/hardware list. Dealers only go off of what Outback provides, so if its wrong, the dealers don't know what is missing and whats needed to fix it.I found out what hardware I was missing through their crash bar install video. Not their website, not the product dealer, not the owner of Outback, not the skid plate install video. An install video on a different product. Even with the crash bar hardware, the skid plate will not bolt up properly as it needs additional spacers.The owner Lorry has been unhelpful in getting the issue fixed. I have had to ask the same questions multiple times to get an answer, and left it up to me to figure out what hardware is missing and needed.

The Outback Motortek pannier rack for my Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally are great. Fortunately, and I can confirm it, the one for the V4/V4S does fit on the Rally version.It looks better than the OEM rack from Ducati, and with it, I can put my beloved Mosko Moto Backcountry 35l panniers, which, in my opinion, do look better than the sturdy huge OEM hard panniers from Ducati (but other than that, the bike is great).Some would maybe modify the OEM rack and buy the BMW adapter from Mosko Moto for the right hand side and modify the OEM rack, but the adapter plate is not for free either and by replacing it (and leaving the Duc OEM unmodified), I keep the option to sell the bike with its OEM rack and panniers (in case the buyer wants hard panniers).

I very very rarely leave a review for a business but these guys deserve it. Their parts are high quality, I ordered a set of crash bars from them. I didn’t used a torque wrench and ended up completely stripping a bolt to the point where I had to cut it off. Customer support responded faster than any other customer support team I’ve dealt with. I got a replacement hardware kit in the mail a couple days later. They only charged me a dollar for the kit on top of shipping.

I’m sold on the Tenere 700 crash bar bike protection!Up until today I’d only had a few drops while riding off road. Easy stuff.But today I had to drop and slide the bike on pavement in a collision with a Ford 250. The OM crashbars and Barkbuters took brunt of the crash. I drove the bike away and through Grace from God performed gymnastics that saved my calf and ankle from being crushed by his front tire.

Katastrophal.Nach mehreren Tagen lapidare Antwort mit Bitte um Telefonat nach dem Wochenende. Zugeständnis auf Ersatz und Erstattung. Keinerlei Zwischeninfo zum aktuellen Stand. Nach über zwei Wochen immer noch kein Ergebnis.Offenbar trete das Problem bei 80% der verkaufen Produkte auf.Wie kann man dann sowas verkaufen?Geht gar nicht. Erst recht nicht zu dem Preis. Unfassbar.

This is an Updated Review.I had issues with the pannier rack I purchased that prevented it from fully fitting together all the way.After some back and forth with Outback, I was finally able to receive a replacement part that now fits and I was able to complete mounting it all up. The rack now fits up perfectly and I'm able to mount my Mosko soft panniers to it and I'm finally ready to go on my camping trips I've been looking forward to.

Fantastic crash bars and skid plate easy to fit and look great on the bike. Superb quality easy to follow video instructions, can’t fault. Really feel my bikes well protected should I venture off road.I really took my time choosing crash bars for my bike and was torn between two manufacturers. Black wasn’t doing it for me and the only other option was silver, as soon as I saw the white Outback bars that was it decision made. Love the way they’re quite subtle against the white paint work and the fact they don’t obscure the Transalp graphics.Outback UK are brilliant to deal with, the white and black combination wasn’t available at the discounted rate on the website but a quick email and they sorted it out doing the mixed colour combo at the same discounted price.Only five stars because there aren’t anymore.

Love the way they’re quite subtle against the white paint work and the fact they don’t obscure the Transalp graphics.Outback UK are brilliant to deal with, the white and black combination wasn’t available at the discounted rate on the website but a quick email and they sorted it out doing the mixed colour combo at the same discounted price.Only five stars because there aren’t anymore.

Purchased crash bars for my honda 300 rally. They are Awesome! Of all the different crash bars I have purchased over the years for various bikes these are by far the best. Nothing comes close.Customer service (east coast US) was Awesome. They went above and beyond to assist me. Will definitely be buying from these guys again.

Amazing customer service ! I needed a pannier rack for an old DR650. These racks are only sold in the US. But Outback was flexible enough to sell it to me in Europe (I am in Belgium). No often do I see this flexibility of companies to adjust to their clients. Thank you so much guys !!

Ich bin von der Qualität der Produkte vollkommen überzeugt. Super Passgenauigkeit und eine verständliche Anleitung. Schöner wäre es wenn es bei den originalen Vielzahnschrauben bliebe und nicht durch Sechskantschrauben ersetzt würde bei den Gepäckträgerrahmenhalterungen.
